    Description

Beautiful, with vibrant colors, this original silk screen print is titled, "Crow Dancer".  The silk screen print at the bottom right is identified "Crumbo" with the correct pencil signature "Woody Crumbo".  The print is presented in a black with red matting, which is signed again on bottom right as "Original Silk Screen Print".
Dimensions:  Silk Screen Print 9 wide" x 18" tall.  Matting is 22" tall x 18" wide
Woody Crumbo, also known as Woodrow Crumbo, Woodrow Wilson Crumbo, was born in Lexington, Oklahoma in 1912, and died in New Mexico in 1989.  A Pottawatomi Indian, Crumbo explored in his art the traditions and ceremonies of his own tribe as well as others.  His works are found in many museums throughout the United States as well as many prominent private collections.
This print is in perfect condition, having the old 3 tape attachments to the top to secure it to the original matting  The colors remain bright and colorful, and there is no apparent foxing to the print.  The matting is of high quality and has only minor, very minor nick to the bottom which would not show in framing, should you choose to keep this original matting which I would suggest due to the hand written description at the bottom right.  When I purchased this print many, many years ago the colors were bright and vibrant, and the overall artwork was beautifully constructed.  It has been carefully stored while in my possession, and you will find the colors as bright as new.  This beautiful piece will be well packed and shipped flat.  The "Crow Dancer" is hard to find, and a valuable addition to any collection.
