    Description

Kai-Sa Percy Sandy ( 1918-1974). Sandy was also known as Red Moon and was a Zuni Pueblo Native American artist, who moved to Taos Pueblo early on his career. Sandy’s influence is seen at various historical places in Santa Fe, La Fonda Hotel, Santa Fe Indian School, etc.
I purchased these two as a set at a recent estate sale of a Native America Collector and artist. There were hung in the art studio/ library. They were framed probably in the mid-1960’s and are in good vintage condition. Well framed with some paint loss of frame. Easy touch up. They do not need to be re-framed and are a beautiful screen print representation of early Pueblo life. Auction is for set of two.
