V HAND DRAWN "HIT + MISS"  PATTERN RUG HOOK PRIMITIVE LINEN DESIGN IS 8X8 IN SQ.
The primitive linen is 12 x 12 threads per square inch and the pattern IS DRAWN on the straight of grain (even tho the picture looks a little bit wiggly)..  It is straight.  There is a 4 inch border around the outside so you COULD add another inch around the diameter.... depending on the work area of your frame.
The linen piece is 16 inches square .
(I use a 14 inch Dritz Quilting Hoop) so I have room to add another extra 2 rows around the 8inch design.
COLORS ON COMPUTER MONITORS ARE DIFFERENT.
