    Robert B. Montoya (Soe-Khuwa-Pin, b. 1947) began painting professionally in 1970. His work is a changing blend of contemporary, abstract and traditional Pueblo art styles. His compositions draw on a wealth of sources for their inspirations--his creative imagination, ancient Pueblo art styles, Pueblo life and religious symbolism and ceremonialism.
