Description

Circa early 1900's Hampshire Pottery handled mug in a beautiful smooth matte green color, the handle is decorative both at the top and bottom, and there is a design at the rim and at the base. Great color and mold definition. More unusually marked than typically found is the "JST&CO. KEENE.NH." impressed mark (founder James Scollay Taft), along with "Hampshire Pottery", the letters "M" and "O" which refer to designer Cadmon Robertson's tribute to his wife Emoretta, and shape number "37". Made in Keene, NH
