The painting is titled Prayers & Chants and appears to be in excellent condition.
Based on the frame and matte I believe this is from the 1990's. I am unsure if the price tag is original or not, but it would make sense that it is.
THIS HAS BEEN AUTHENTICATED BY THE ARTIST. I sent him an email (that I can provide) with photos and he responded and confirmed that yes, he painted it.
It measures 11 x 14. I have not removed it from the frame.
